Where to stay for a Tilghman Island fishing charter

Coming from Baltimore, Washington or Philadelphia? A full day leaves between 5 and 6 in the morning, so it pays to sleep close to the boat. Here are the Captain's suggestions.

While you are here

The Bay is worth the trip on its own

The Chesapeake Bay is best known for its seafood, especially blue crabs, clams, oysters and rockfish, and it is home to more than 350 species of fish. Out on the water you will see the osprey, the great blue heron, the bald eagle and the peregrine falcon.

On a day with Captain Bobby you will pass a good piece of Bay history too, and hear most of it.

No answer? Captain Bobby is probably out fishing. There is no cell signal out past the Narrows, so leave a message or send the form and he will call you back from the dock.
